Additional Details

Location: Looking for space in Manhattan, between 34th Street and 14th Street. Somewhere centrally located for easy access.
Environment: An open space, with high ceilings, preferably exposed brick and hardwood floors, and as few walls as possible. The goal is to make a space that is pleasant enough that you'd voluntarily leave home to work there.
